With your permission, Carpilot may access your device's location while you use the app to help you find nearby garages and workshops, locate roadside assistance providers, and discover automotive services near you. Location information is only used to provide these features and is never used for advertising or user tracking.

Device and Usage Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, and performance diagnostics. This information helps us improve the reliability and performance of Carpilot.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create and manage your account, provide vehicle management services, store and organize vehicle records, send maintenance reminders and notifications, help you locate nearby automotive service providers, improve our products and services, respond to customer support requests, and maintain the security of our platform.

We only process personal information necessary to provide our services.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

We may share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate Carpilot, including cloud hosting providers, authentication providers, database providers, notification services, and analytics providers used solely to improve app performance.

4. Tracking and Advertising

Carpilot does not perform cross-app tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising. We do not link your data with information collected from third parties for advertising purposes.

Because Carpilot does not engage in tracking as defined by Apple, the app does not request permission under the App Tracking Transparency framework.
